Refund & Credit Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may request to reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled flight time. No rescheduling requests will be accommodated within 48 hours of the reservation.

Account Credit: If you choose not to reschedule your flight and instead request a credit to your account, the credit may only be used toward the purchase of a future ticket. Account credits cannot be used to purchase inflight food and beverage or any other onboard services.
